This place is amazing. Best Thai food ever the spices are mouthwatering. Every dish on the menu is spectacularly delicious I recommend this place..

I just wanted to update my review. I was hangry when I wrote my first review, but since then I have driven past all the time for work and they're always open during the hours they say they are and I see a good amount of customers. I personally haven't been back there, but I appreciate seeing them open during lunch hours, which is when everyone is hunting for food.

One of our go to spots for Thai in Arcadia. Beware- spice level is authentic Thai level. First time we went we could barely eat our food bc we went with American Thai medium spice which Thai medium spice here is spiceyyyyy. Anyways love the hole in the wall walk up situation. The pad Thai is yummy and we always get one of the fish dishes. Oh so weird but I love the sweet and sour chicken bc I'm GF and it's just plain non breaded chicken. It also doesn't feel as unhealthy.

You cannot miss with this place! Everything I've had here, from the pad thai, crispy pork and broccoli, and pad see ew to the pad kee mao, garlic chicken, and tom kha soup have been ON POINT. They were not playing when they named themselves Spices. The drunken noodles in particular had good wok hei. Oh man, everything I eat here I'm like stunned by how good it is. Are portions huge? No, but you can definitely taste the quality. They've somehow gotten even better over the years, I've eaten here for awhile but just recently the flavors have been hitting. Best place for Thai in the area!!!

I'm so glad I found this hidden gem. Located in a quiet street and take out only. Ordered late afternoon so it was ready in under 15 minutes, very quick. Decided to try the pad see ew with medium spice and it was SO. GOOD. I'm surprised other reviews were not impressed by this dish - I thought the noodles were cooked well and it was super flavorful. I'll definitely be back to try out their other dishes.

Great little take-out only place on 2nd Ave in Arcadia. I phone in my order, it's ready when I get there in 10-15 minutes and the quality is consistent. It's a regular stop for me at least once per month. I haven't tried too much of the menu because I like their Green Curry and Larb so much I almost always order those. I like it spicy and order the curries "extra spicy", which comes out about right. Ask them for Prik Nam Pla (chiles in fish sauce) and Red Chile Paste if you like to add more spice while you eat, as I do. The order of Larb is huge for the price. I usually get the Green Curry with either pork or seafood. The seafood version is a larger serving with fish, shrimp, squid and scallops - nice mix. If I were inclined to nit pick, I'd add a little more veg to the curry, and serve the larb with the lettuce cups on the side, but good stuff.

* Chicken Satay: comes w 5 pieces. sweet, coconut milky taste. sauce and cucumbers on the side also sweet. * Pad Thai: sweet sauce. generous portion. * Drunken Noodle (Pad Kee Mao): chewy, thick noodles. generous portion. * Crab Fried Rice: large portion w shreds of crab and slice of lime. - mild spice from jalapeños, not spicy - medium spice from thai chilis, kick of spice - take-out only - can ask for pickled diced jalapeños and chili sauce on the side - parking: street parking in front of restaurant

This is a takeout spot but the food, portion, and PRICE... unbeatable. Think we just found our new favorite Thai take out location in this area! The man serving was wearing such a cute uniform too and was kind. They also have an online ordering system too (we did advanced pick up) which was on time. Highly highly recommend the crab fried rice!! We also got Tom kha and spicy pad kee Mao. All super delicious
